Expert Session: Reflective Supervision

Reflective supervision is a consistent, collaborative and interactive relationship between an infant-family professional and supervisor that supports the professional’s self awareness about their thoughts, feelings and values, and consideration of how to carefully use these within an encounter of service delivery.  Reflective Supervision has been a pillar of IMH for years, and is increasingly relied upon to enhance the application of diversity informed, relationship-based reflective practices in our work.
