First Feelings: The Development of Attachment and Self-Regulation
Social-Emotional development during the first three years impacts a child for the rest of their life. Learning how to trust and relate to others is an essential task. This training will explore the milestones in the emotional development for infants and toddlers. We will look at what a baby and parent accomplish in the attachment phases of symbiosis and separation in order to understand a child’s progress from one stage to another.
