Matters of Equity Learning Collaborative
This training is sponsored generously by the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWHN). Therefore, training attendees need to be employed by a Detroit Wayne Infant Mental Health program and a coupon code is required to register.
We invite you for a ‘Matters of Equity’ Reflective Learning collaborative. This learning collaborative will be interactive in nature and will allow participants the space to reflect more deeply on Matters of Equity related to Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, the systems we are a part of, and explore how we might cultivate a culture of inclusivity within our field. These sessions will meet June through September, please do your best to attend all 7 sessions. You may register even if you did not attend one of the previous MOE trainings in order to register for this collaborative.
During registration – you will select which cohort you would like to attend. Participants are encouraged to attend as many dates as possible, preferably all dates per cohort.
Cohort #1: Dates and Times
Mondays
12pm – 2pm (only the first date will be 2 hours): June 28th
12pm – 1:30pm: July 12th, July 26th, August 9th (12:30-2pm -this day only), August 23rd, September 20th, September 27th
Cohort #2: Dates and Times
Wednesdays
1:30pm – 3:30pm (only the first date will be 2 hours): June 30th
1:30pm – 3pm: July 14th, July 28th, August 11th, August 25th, September 22nd, September 29th
Access: Trainings will be offered through Zoom. A zoom link will be sent to registrants closer to the training. Be careful when entering your email address so that it is correct. The Zoom link will be the same for all dates within each cohort.
IMPORTANT – in order to receive a certificate and/or Continuing Education you will need to have a Zoom account (which is free) logged in to view the training. We are able to export a report from Zoom which will track your attendance. When you are signed in, your name appears along with the amount of time you were on the Zoom call.
