IMH 3-Day Training

This training provides Infant Mental Health Home Visiting professionals the opportunity to share and learn about their work through video, group discussion, and clinical observations. participants will consider new ways of working with infants, toddlers, and families that support parent infant relationships. An overview of Infant Mental Health theory, attachment, strategies, assessment, and interventions will be discussed and practiced.

-Monday, March 6, 2017: 9:00am – 4:00pm. Presented by Carol Oleksiak, LMSW, IMH-E® (IV) & & Rebecca Wheeler, MSW, IMH-E® (III)

Registration begins at: 8:30 am each day

Attendance is required at all three days.

CEU’s: Pending approval for 16.5 Michigan SW CEU’s and will also count toward the requirements for the MI-AIMH Endorsement®. 

Materials: Materials will be provided via email with instructions and the remainder will be provided on-site.
It is recommended that you, or your program, have a copy of the Infant Mental Health Home Visiting Manual (2015) – which can be provided in a printed version or CD version (does have some pages available for printing) – MI-AIMH Member $45.00/Non-Member $80.00.

Registration deadline: Tuesday, January 17th. This training is limited to 50 seats. Registration is first come, first serve.

Cancellation policy: Notice of cancellation must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the event for a refund to be issued.
