MI-AIMH Membership Meeting
Please join MI-AIMH’s Board of Directors, Statewide Liaisons, Committee Chairpersons and Central Office Staff for lunch at our 2019 Annual Membership Meeting. We will provide updates and answer questions regarding our strategic plan, progress over the last year, plans for our new year together, opportunities for engagement and introduce you to our new board members! We look forward to as many people participating as possible! This free event is open to MI-AIMH members only.
NEW this year, when you register below, you will have the option to select to purchase lunch that will be available to you at the meeting. To thank you for your dedication, MI-AIMH is contributing funds to assist with the cost of lunch, meaning the fee for members is $10 per person. ***Please note that you are not required to purchase a lunch, you may attend the meeting for FREE.
Meeting Details:
Date: Tuesday, May 7th
Time: 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Location: Elizabeth Ann Ballroom-at the conference venue
Fee: Event is free to attend; $10 lunch is optional
Lunch options – you can select from:
- Diced chicken wrap with home made chips and iced tea
- Veggie wrap with Baby Spinach, Caponata (Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Eggplant, Olives and Tomatoes), Buffalo Mozzarella and Mushrooms in a Spinach Wrap with House Made Chips, Iced Tea
Registration: registration is REQUIRED to attend this meeting by April 24th. Please complete the registration form below. Payments for lunch must be completed prior to the conference. If your payment has not been received, you will be required to pay on-site.
Cancellation/Refund policy: please keep in mind that we have to turn in our lunch orders April 25th and we are not able to cancel or reduce our count after that day. Refunds will only be available for those that cancel in writing to the email below by April 25th.
