2022 MI-AIMH Biennial Conference - Workshop Proposal Submission Tips:

1.) It is important to thoroughly read the Workshop Proposal Guidelines, Expectations and Instructions before starting the submission process.

2.) Gather all of the information required to submit BEFORE starting to enter into this form.

3.) You CAN begin to enter your information, SAVE and CONTINUE by emailing yourself a link for access later.

4.) You CAN access the SAVE and CONTINUE at any time by scrolling to the bottom of the form and click the link "save and continue later".

5.) It is recommended that only one person enter all the workshop information into the form. Only one person can enter information into the form at a time.

6.) If you choose to Save and Continue later, you will have a MAX. of 30 days to finalize and submit your submission. After 30 days the link will expire, no longer work and the information entered will be deleted. Deadline for submitting Workshop Proposals: October 7, 2021

Enter TWO references: must be in APA format and from a peer reviewed book or journal. References must be published in 2014 or newer. Websites may be listed as a third references only if it is directly linked to presentation topic
