Policy Update affecting the early care, education and wellbeing of babies, young children and their families.

This policy update  from Washington is extremely helpful to us in our work in Michigan, with infants, toddlers very young children and families.  President Obama’s proposed budget expands early care and education and home visiting programs. Especially heartening is the "two generation approach" for Head Start families, a strategy that is integral to best practice for infant mental health principles and practices.
