Our Celebration Continues

The celebration continues with Barack Obama’s election as our next President of the United States. It is a defining moment for this country and restores our hope that the needs of all people, especially our babies and youngest children, will be addressed as Obama brings new energy and renewed commitment to his presidency. As he said with passion in Chicago last night regarding the road ahead, "I have never been more hopeful than I am tonight that we will get there." I share Obama’s hope that we will overcome the many obstacles that threaten the health and well-being of our nation’s children and families now. Barack Obama’s Early Childhood Platform offers a plan to expand and create new resources for babies and young children. Take a look at it. Celebrate new possibilities.

President Obama will need our help as he makes a new investment in infant and early childhood programs. I pledge my support to work through MI-AIMH on behalf of babies, toddlers and young children. YES WE CAN!!!
