MI-AIMH Publication on US Health and Human Services Website

The Children’s Bureau Express is an on-line digest under the US Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Children and Families.  The February 2009 edition features Courts, Child Welfare, and Infant Mental Health: Improving Outcomes for Abused/Neglected Infants & Toddlers, under the Spotlights on Partnering and Collaboration page.  This 2008 MI-AIMH publication was authored by Betty Tableman and Nichole Paradis and describes how communities can collaborate to best serve the social emotional needs of maltreated infants and toddlers through the implemenation of a "Baby Court" model.
