MI-AIMH membership moves to calendar year

MI-AIMH’s membership is growing! In response, we have aligned the membership year with the calendar year—January through December. This will streamline the renewal process, saving MI-AIMH time and money.

What does this mean for you? 

One-year membership renewals will begin January 1, 2009 and continue through December 31, 2009. In November, all members will receive a renewal invitation for the 2009 calendar year.  Here is how this will affect your one-year membership:

• If your membership has lapsed, your benefits will be reinstated as soon as you renew and extended through December 31, 2009. 
• If your membership is due to expire before December 31, 2008, we invite you to renew NOW so that your membership will continue uninterrupted through December 31, 2009.
• If you renewed your membership between January and July 2008 your membership will continue through December 31, 2008. 

Two-year membership renewals will follow the same calendar year.

All 2007-2009 two-year memberships will be extended through December 31, 2009 regardless of the expiration date.

All 2008–2010 two-year memberships will be extended through December 31, 2010 regardless of the expiration date.
