Continuing Education Information

Continuing Education Credits are offered for this conference. Participants must arrive on time and remain in the training for its entirety (including Q&A) to receive continuing education credits. Late arrivals and early departures will result in the deduction of awarded credits. You must have your license number available when you register (it is required) and when you arrive at the conference.

A total of 15.5 continuing education credits and clock hours are available at this conference.  Sunday has 3.5 credits available; Monday has 7.0 credits available (including Policy Luncheon and NEW – Movie Night [for the discussion]); Tuesday has 5.0 credits available.

Social Workers: 15.5 Continuing Education Credits are pending for this training.

SCECHs: State Continuing Education Clock Hours (SCECHs) are available for eligible participants; approval pending. To become eligible to receive SCECHs, full attendance and compliance with all attendance procedures are mandatory, including completion of the post-event survey.

Licensed Professional Counselors – NBCC Hours – Michigan Association for Infant Mental Health (MI-AIMH) has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No.6867.  Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified.  MI-AIMH is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

Endorsement®: All sessions at this Conference count toward the specialized in-service training requirement to earn or renew Endorsement for Culturally Sensitive, Relationship-focused Practice Promoting Infant Mental Health.  In-service hours are counted by clock hour.  Endorsement® applicants need a minimum of 30-hours of specialized in-service training to apply for Endorsement® and a minimum of 15-hours annually to renew Endorsement®.
