The competencies provide standards and define the knowledge, skills and reflective supervision necessary to support work force development and to promote infant mental health. The competencies also guide the construction of infant and family services and systems reform. |
$20,000. fee (total) May be used toward purchase of license to use all of the Endorsement materials if agreement is reached within the 3-year time period as noted in the original contract |
$4,000. fee (total) for 2 trainers, 2 days, plus travel expenses Additional training/consultation planned as needed/requested with fee mutually determined by licensor and licensee |
$1,000 annual renewal fee, after initial 3-year licensing period ends |

The Endorsement is a process that identifies knowledge, skills and reflective supervision experiences that are essential for building capacity to promote infant mental health.. It includes the competencies, a process for application and award at 4 levels, a system for review, tests and procedures for decision making. |
$40,000 fee (total) for of all the Endorsement materials, including the Competency Guidelines, paperwork to administer the full endorsement, process and the endorsement exam plus EASy data management system |
$6,000 fee (total) for 2 trainers, 3 days, plus travel expenses. Includes phone consultation (5 hours) to facilitate planning and implementation of the competencies and the full endorsement process Additional fee to facilitate scoring of exams; fee mutually determined by licensor and licensee. |
$1,000 annual renewal fee, after initial 3-year licensing period ends $1,000 fee for revised Endorsement exam, as needed $250 renewal fee for EASy after initial 3-year licensing period ends |
